Re-engage with play: intro to headstand
Whether you've never flipped upside down, or have been working on your headstand for years, this workshop will empower you to safely flip your body + your perspective.
Together we'll explore the fundamentals of headstand, tips to eliminate neck compression, safe entry and exit, ways to increase strength, proprioception with the use of props/partners and creative ways to blend your headstand into your existing practice.
