This class is about balance...a mid day Hatha reset. Strong and subtle. Yin and Yang. Longer holds to develop strength, using the time to come into a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves. Focus of breath awarness to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Then slowing down into seated postures to continue to explore a mindful awareness.
