Deepen the connection with yourself, with baby and learn the power of breath!
Prepare for labour and delivery with graceful movement through yoga postures aimed to build strength, stability, and mobility. Gain confidence knowing that many of the yoga postures we will practice transfer beautifully into the delivery room as labour and birthing positions. Learn comfort measures and take-home tools to alleviate specific and general aches and pains. This class ends with a guided Savasana encouraging a spiritual connection between momma and babe.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
