Join us for a 4 week dive into the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra. Nidra is a guided meditation done
laying on your back that takes you into the layers of the body and the mind, sweeping away deeply held
tensions and leaving you feeling light and restored.
Each week we will explore a new piece of this practice and Audra will guide you through a different
Nidra each session.
Included in the 4 weeks will be a recording to use at home and resources should you wish to explore the
practice further.
This practice is helpful for those who have a hard time slowing their thoughts in other types of
meditation and is truly an accessible practice for all.
