Welcome yoga newbies! Our beginner practice is designed to provide you with alignment tips, posture knowledge, breath cues and an introduction to flow so you can be prepared to roll out your mat with awareness and confidence. This class is appropriate for yogis with 0 - 5 classes under their belt.
What to bring: Wear cozy and stretchy clothes. Yoga isn't a fashion show, it's important that you're comfortable. Bring a mat if you have one, we also rent them for $1
