Take time in this powerful practice  to find emotional and physical balance through restorative movement, mindful breath work and visualization. With an emphasis on gently releasing tension and bringing your body and to a state of ease, it’s the perfect practice to restore your inner and outer self. When practiced regularly, restorative yoga can serve as a tool to help manage the effects of chronic mental and physical stress. Please join us twice weekly.
