Yoga Nidra (translated as yogic sleep) is s type of yoga dedicated to reducing stress through guided meditation and thoughtful cues. Nidra is a guided meditation done laying on your back that takes you into the layers of the body and the mind, sweeping away deeply held
tensions and leaving you feeling light and restored.
This practice is helpful for those who have a hard time slowing their thoughts in other types of
meditation and is truly an accessible practice for all.
What to bring: Yoga mat, comfy clothing, comfy socks, blanket + pillow
